Primosten is a 45 minute drive north of Split, the airport and Trogir.
For many people with young families this is a sought after holiday destination. It is perhaps the most beautiful of villages along this
coast and still retains a timeless Mediterranean air, with its slow pace
of life and narrow streets and you are always close to the clear waters
of the sea.
The village benefits from being at the end of a peninsular, so the
number of casual visitors is reduced and motorists driving along the
coast will miss the access to the village as it requires such a detour.
When staying in the village or along the coast you can easily reach one
of the countries superb National parks, Krka.
People who have bought
real estate in Primosten have found the restful, quiet charm has grown on them, and with the loyalty of the growing number of regular tourists,
property in Primosten is as sound an investment as any real estate on the Croatian coast.
There are few holiday apartments and
villas in Primosten itself, but
villas and apartments in the Primosten area offer great value for people
looking to invest in
Primosten real estate, or have a fabulous holiday
property in the Primosten area.
The Golden Flower of Europe, Europe's top tourism award, was won this year (among a strong field of 5,600 towns) by the small town of Primosten, located near Sibenik.
